In order to fully understand our needs Angelo offered for us to use the sleep match machine and patiently showed us whole range of suitable mattresses while giving us space to discuss our preferences. We felt comfortable to share our views with the salesman and did not feel like we were pressured or pushed into a regrettable purchase. Having received such quality service, we are sure we will be happy with our mattress and bed for years to come.

the store was well laid out so we could see straight away which mattress we were looking for, the colour coded sashes added to the ease of locating what we wer looking for.

We were attended to by Angelo. He was attentive, knowledgable, very kind and patient with my Mum who has some difficulty moving about. He told her to take her time moving between the beds that he suggested she try. At the same time it never felt like there was pressure on us to make a purchase. We were offered refreshments several times. My mum was so impressed by the service received that she has reminded me each say since the visit to complete this survey for her!
