I only dropped in as I was driving past as I needed to decide what type of mattress I required; Sprung, foam, Hybrid etc, looking for some guidance and to test some mattresses. I had no intention to purchase the bed at that time however I ended up purchasing the bed and the whole process took around 45 minutes. I may have been fortunate as I was the store’s very first customer through the door since it had reopened that day following it’s Covid-19 Pandemic shutdown so I had the store’s undivided attention, however that doesn’t distract from the excellent service and guidance I experienced.
