Great customer service by John in Weston super mare. The sofa we wanted was in the showroom so we could have a good look at it. The price was good and the added extra of 8 year warranty

The whole experience was lovely. I wasn't looking forward to it as we didn't have a clue what type of mattress we needed to suit our problems (backs and hip) the gentleman that served us was very knowledge and polite.

Dreams sales assistant Andrew was friendly & knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all & I appreciated that he knew when to step away while I made my mind up.

When we entered the store there was a member of staff available to greet us and show us to the dream mattress finder. We then got a list of mattresses with no pressure and no influence towards the most expensive. We then had a really easy conversation over price with coffees and water. Very good experiance

Only popped in to check prices. Was so impressed by knowledge, processes, price and information given by Ken who served us, we ended up buying the mattresses we wanted.
