We were left to browse but were greated by sales assistant who were both busy with other customers. As we had made our choice on line sales assistant very quickly confirmed availability and processed my order with a very quick delivery date amazing

Excellent customer service and help by Sam and the store manager Jonathan. Friendly and professional in their approach. Gave us lots of info and tips.

We went to our local Dreams store in Filton Bristol to purchass a Double Bed, we were served by Jonathan. He was very professional, and made sure after going on the Sleep Machine he knew which mattress was correct for us. He got us to try a selection of mattress's of which we chose the first one which happened to be the most expensive, but very nice. We also like the way Dreams will take your old bed away, Jonathan gave us large bags for us to pack it in. Very nice selection of beds, spoilt for choice.

Everything was great speed of service the manager servicing deserves a raise! I felt like I was being treated like totality brilliant service!!!

Good communication from staff member John. Good knowledge of products. Very patient despite being at the end of the day.

Everything was made simple. Was seen to as soon as I walked in, was offered the sleep analyst thingy which lead to 3 mattresses in my price range, picked the one I wanted, paid for it, got a delivery date and a hot chocolate for me and my son, sorted. In and out in 20 minutes, simples! ( insert picture of meerkat here)
