The knowledge of your products by the staff was very helpful , we were offered a hot drink and felt in no time rushed when trying out different mattresses and the best quality pillows , Staff were extremely friendly and made the whole process a pleasant experience .

Mario was very helpful indeed. He was friendly and not pushy and helped us straight away. We were offered a hot drink. Mario also showed us the range of mattresses for the bed we purchased and was understanding of our hesitation to buy one then and there. Overall I'm extremely happy with the service I received.
