The member if staff interacted with us when needed, but left us tomorrow own discussions when appropriate. He was informative without being pushy.

We were looking for an ottaman and the staff showed us what was available from which we were able to select the ideal item

The salesperson was polite, warm, courteous and friendly. They asked pertinent questions to ascertain my needs, and then suggested the mattress which most suited my financial situation. I was invited to try the mattress while they went to prepare the drink of my choice. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and feel of the mattress, and on their return I was asked if I would like to go ahead and place an order, or look at more mattresses. I was very happy with my choice, and the ordering was completed in a professional, and easy way, during which all of my questions were answered. The salesperson was attentive to my needs and requirements, and made friendly conversation throughout the interaction. I left the store feeling like a valued customer of Dreams, and would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to any friends or family who need a bed, or any bed accessory.
