The staff member sharon was very polite and helpful. We we're offered tea and biscuits and our product was cheaper then marked up.

Found Amrit and Marie, welcoming and very helpful. Armrit explained the bed options to meet our requirements and how best to make a judgement. Marie offered us drinks. Did not feel rushed, especially in view it was very close to closing time. Both were very knowledgeable. We had a bed from Dreams about 20 years ago and will definitely return in the future. My daughter bought a bed on the back of our recommendation, from Wellingborough and not Bournemouth due to lack of customer service. Will certainly recommend to friends and family. As veteran, my husband has the defense discount card, all credit to Dreams for honoring this. Please keep supporting.

Very helpful team, welcoming and knowledgeable without being pushy. Good balance.

We initially had a look around the store and was then asked by Maria, a member of staff , if she could get us a tea or coffee whilst we browsed which was a nice welcome. We declined but later took her up on the offer whilst she showed us products that fitted our needs. Maria was very friendly, constantly smiling and very approachable - also giving us help and information on products we hadn't initially thought of purchasing but will certainly be back to purchase later in the year.

very good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Sharon and tea and coffee was offered by both members of staff which we thought was a very nice gesture. Sharon was very helpful in explaining the different beds and we did not feel pressured into buying something more expensive infact we went in for just a mattress and ended getting a mattress, base and pillows.
