Big choice friendly staff

I received help from the wellingborough store colleague Maria she was very helpful and attentive, made sure we were aware of all the information needed. At the time of placing my order I selected a date I later realised would not work for me she later rang me back and amended this for me. Also offered us tea and coffee which was a lovely touch.

Amrit was pleasant and very helpful

The service was good but it seemed that the assistant was the only person there and he was trying to please two customers at the same time which was OK at the time as we were not in a hurry but could be a put off for anyone with limited time.

I had recently (December) paid £120.00 for a mattress which was upright in the store and I never got the chance to lay on it so I thought it would be firm enough for my back injury which needs support. Unfortunately, it was far too soft and I am still in pain every night. I also had to collect it myself or pay £30 for delivery!! I was going to B&Q and I thought I would pop in to your store in Wellingborough and see what was available for my budget. I was served by Maria who was very helpful. There was one firm mattress within my budget and she asked me to lay on it to try it out and it seemed perfect so I purchased it and arranged to have it delivered

We were a bit hesitant at first to go into Dreams, because we knew we'd be met with a salesperson trying to sell us on everything. However we were very delighted with the help that Mario (Maurizio) provided. He wasn't too insistant and didn't drive us away, instead he heard us out and showed us all the different options available in the shop, keeping in mind our budget and our needs. A very lovely guy. Then the next day we came back to make the purchase and were served by Shanon, who completed our order. She was also great, we had a nice laugh and she made sure we understood everything and were happy with the purchase. Overall, the customer service was lovely and that's what made our experience so great.

Mariamgave us her undivided attention and she went to extreme lengths to ensure we were completely satisfied with our choice.
