Dreams - Wellingborough

Really helpful colleague, Sharon, who advised us but left us alone to make our own decision. Was on hand if we needed her. Got what we wanted and more (a duvet on sale helpfully pointed out to us). Speedy delivery and no problems at all. If only all shopping was like this!

In the Wellingborough shop Sharon was extremely helpful and highly recommended the Sofa bed ,the fact she bought the same sofa is the best indication that she knows the quality and durability of the product.

I really appreciated the fact that everything was explained to me really well about the bed and mattress that suits the best to me. The staff was very friendly and dedicated, offered us drinks and the very best of service. I will highly recommend this place to other people and to my friends. Thanks for making the experience of choosing a bed such a pleasant process.

Staff member was helpful without being too pushy. I didn't feel pressurised to buy anything I didn't really need.

It was easy to visit and the staff were not over empowering. Friendly and professional service.

I was highly satisfied with product selection and knowledge from staff. All members were very polite and professional. However i feel if they really wanted to do a cheaper deal they could have, as it was actually the store manager that processed my order, but he claimed he couldn't.

Maria was extremely helpful and the service was excellent.

The member of staff was very helpful but not a nuisance or pushy left you alone to look round but able to help if needed
