The store manager was so very welcoming and her product knowledge was excellent. Overall my wife and I were more that satisfied with the kind attention we received and will most certainly recommend Dreams to those that we know who are looking to purchase similar products.

Your Colleague, Amrit, was extremely personable and professional, he took time to explain and demonstrate your products, providing advice as required.

I was really impressed with the efficiency by the staff at the wellingborough store, they let us look and select at our own pace which we felt was very helpful as we don't like to be pounced on like many other stores.

The store assistant spent plenty of time with me, understanding my needs and encouraging me to try out the different mattresses to find one I was really comfortable with.

The assistant provided us with all the information we needed both verbally and through printouts. Maria did not pressurise us and gave us time and space to discuss between ourselves yet was immediately available to answer further queries when needed - she was very patient when we changed our minds and was exgrememly courteous thorughout. Maria gave us as much time as we needed nad made us feell valued as customers.

We did not feel pressured into making a purchase and we were given pillows to try which suited our neck and shoulders. Friendly team who were able to advise us.
