We were assisted by the store manager - 'Mark' - who greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and could not do enough for us. He made us a coffee and made feel at ease at all times. He even put us on a mattress machine which helped us to understand how firm a mattress we needed. He helped us choose and at no time did we feel pressured to buy that minute. He explained everything fully and we are in the process of revamping another bedroom shortly and will certainly return to this store. Well done Dreams - this manager is a credit to your organisation.

Mark was a fantastic help when trying to help us choose our product. We walked in just looking at mattresses and walked out with a new bed and mattress. All of this was our choice, but Mark was our rock of stability, as we would otherwise just walked through the shop with no clue. Even the lovely red haired Romanian Lady, of whom I didn't catch the name was very friendly and forthcoming!

The assistant who helped us named Roxanna-Michaela was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products but also listenedcto our neede. She gave us time to make our choice without pressurising us. Got a good deal during sale too.

Very satisfied with the service we received. Mario was very good at assessing my daughter who has special needs he helped her feel at ease and helped us find the perfect bed.
