Prompt and friendly attention by Mario. Helped us select the mattress we needed by testing out 4 options.

I have been suffering with vertigo and bad neck pain for 4 months and also exhausting problems though bad sleep, I had tried a few pillows but none helped in desperation I went into Wellingborough dreams and was assured by Mario that the answer was a Tempur cloud pillow and he was completely correct from day one I have never slept so well, I feel energised and my neck feels much better Thank you Dreams

We got the bed we wanted and the assitant was very helpful

Mario listened to what we needed and gave us various options for both base and mattress all in different price ranges. At no point did we feel any pressure to buy, but of course we did as the mattress was AMAZING! There’s not much to say about a base but it does look nice with plenty of storage. To sum up we were really pleased with all aspects of our purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

The staff remember me from a purchase I did over 3 years ago. They (she) is a great asset to your team and explained everything very clearly, very thorough. Great experience

Good range of stock and the friendliness of the sales assistant.

Member of staff was polite and patient. She talked to us in a knowledgeable way, allowing us time to try different mattresses before we made our choice. She wasn't pushy, allowing us time to consider the options before deciding. An asset to company!

Mario was so helpful, understood what we required, showed us what we thought we wanted and made us compare with other products to be sure we were happy with our purchase. He wasn't over pushy, which I hate. Gave us space to discuss, offered us drinks whilst in the store. A very good experience.
