Each time I visit the Castlefields Retail Park, Wellingborough store, all of the staff are welcoming and very helpful and they always offer me a cuppa... Great Team !

Sales assistant was knowledgeable about products and was very helpful

Amrit greeted me and my partner when we first arrived and listened to what we were looking for. He recommended a few matresses to try out which would suit our requirements, and seemed to know a lot about the different products. He was funny and helped us to choose the right matress. He also placed the order for us and talked us through the different guarantees and conditions.

We bought a new mattress and knew what we wanted prior to visiting the store. The gentleman who assisted us took us to view the product, let us try it out for comfort and was professional and friendly. We were offered refreshment.
