Dreams - Wellingborough

The item we were looking for wasn’t in the store and the screen to ‘look up’ the bed on the Internet wasn’t working correctly but Sharon was a great help and showed us everything we needed on her pc. She was helpful with choosing a mattress and overall was friendly and very helpful.

I had only called into the store to look at items I had picked out online. The sales assistant was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and even though I was unsure when I needed the beds to be delivered she told me I could pay a deposit and then arrange delivery later. With this I decided to place the order in store. Sometimes it is easier to deal with an actual person than order online!

We received 1 to 1 attention from a member of staff from the minute we entered the store, she was very helpful but not pushy and obviously knew what she was talking about.

We went to Dreams at Wellingborough to source a Which best buy product. Although the specific mattress was not available we were given every assistance to find a suitable alternative. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Maria and her colleagues took time to answer our questions and recommend the right product for us.

The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. The fact you can test out each mattress is very important and he have good advice as to which product best suited our needs.

Maria was very personable and friendly. She also had very good knowledge of the products I was looking at and took the time to discuss my requirements to ensure I was choosing the right option.
