Dreams - Wellingborough

Mario at the Wellingborough store made our visit easy and comfortable. He listened to our thoughts on mattresses and explained differences in bed frames we were looking at. He found pillows that suited our sleep positions too. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We went back to order with him as we liked the product and this staff assesstt to your store. We have visited this store deviously but the other man who was there a few months ago wasn’t very helpful.

The lady greeted me as soon as I walked in that shop and introduced herself as Maria..that made me comfortable as she was easy to talk to..she spoke very kindly whilst helping me to find what I was looking for and clearly explained the prices and how the delivery was going to take place...I walked out a happy customer..and followed up with the dates of the delivery of my goods..very satisfied

Mauricio did the order for us we went back two days later to change the date nothing was any though thanks again Mauricio and the great team at Wellingborough

Sharon at the Wellingborough store was really helpful, her knowledge and customer service was superb. We went in on the Saturday and returned on the Sunday and all the staff were very welcoming and the interaction was perfectly placed with knowledge and ability to read the customer and interject with humour when appropriate. Excellent service, well done.

I was greeted by Amrit, he was very friendly and understanding of my budget. I feel that he went out of his way to give us a great customer experience and he recommended how to get the best for my money
