We were unsure of what type of bed and mattress to go for. Maria spent a lot of time explaining the different style beds and mattresses to us and allowed us to try them out. She was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Mario was very attentive and took the time to fully explain the different types of mattress, making sure we understood and experienced the various options. We did not feel we were being 'sold to' or pressured in any way to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with our choice.

Found the assistant very helpful and he couldn't do more to make our visit a pleasant experience.

The staff were great and that is why I rated them as being HS. If I had to rate you as a company and your advertising policy it would be a different matter.

Good service and no problems at all

Went in for a pillow. Received good advice and was shown a range of products and choices were fully explained. Overall good experience.

They had the beds in store which we were interested in which made it very helpful in deciding which one we wanted. Also the staff were very helpful and not pushy

Help full staff

Because the sales assistant was very helpful and didn't feel smothered as you do in most places of which I tend to walk out
