Sales man was highly professional. Who helped me make my mind up without being too pushy. Answered all questions. And treated myself and my daughter with extreme courtesy. The rest of the staff were very friendly.

Maria the sales person was extremely helpful and understood what we wanted, we will be going back to see Maria for a child’s bed

We were met when we entered the store, asked what we were looking for. Assistant was helpful, asked us questions about how we slept. We tried several beds (coffee was also offered) and we were told to take our time there was no rush on deciding what we wanted. All in all friendly knowledgeable staff.

A good selection of products with a choice of prices to suit my budget. Pleasant very helpful staff demonstrating all levels of my requirement. A pleasure to shop for my needs.

Have purchased a mattress before & was very satisfied so returned. Maria extremely helpful, allowed me time on my own to discuss price with my husband on the phone. I respond well to not being put under pressure, as happens in other stores. Friend & I offered a drink by another member of staff almost immediately, which was very welcome. Sales team worked well together, helping each other out. Very enjoyable experience. Well done Maria! Will return when I need something.

The sales team (1 lady especially, sorry I can't remember her name) was engaged with us. Took us to see loads of different products. Helped us to come t a decision. Wasn't trying to shove the most expensive item on us. When we came back to place the order, we had to wait for an hour for my partner (stuck in traffic) the whole time this lovely lady and I just chatted (there was no-one else in the store except a sales gentleman, it was about 5pm). She stayed after the store closed to finish off the order, we apologized for keeping her late but she said she didn't mind! She cared about us as people not just as money. I will be returning to Dreams in the future.
