Quick and easy purchase

Amrit was very helpful and understood what we were looking for and advised us on pillows etc. We were given a cup of tea and time on our own to look around and try different beds but he answered any questions we had.

The sales assistant Sharon was very helpful and friendly she helped us pick which bed was to our liking helped us sort out what extras we would like then ordered our purchase in a matter of moments. Was very satisfied when I left the shop.

On entering the store,we were approached by a friendly member of staff who then asked about our needs so as to direct us to the mattress products available. He then asked very relevant questions as to our specific needs, explained the offers available, took us to each one and encouraged us to try each one. At no time did we feel pressured to buy or rushed in our decision making. We were offered a coffee during the order and payment process which was quick and efficient. The suggestion of new pillows was also made, which we may not have necessarily thought of.

Lady who dealt with us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product .we were not hurried, as we have found in other stores.we come back to dreams every time because we know the quality and service is second to none.

The lady at your wellingborough store was really nice. She was friendly but not pushy. She was also knowledgeable. She offered us tea or coffee and chatted to us. She didnt rush us in our choices. She is a credit to your company. I believe her name was sharon.
