Mario was very knowledgeably and helpful. He listened to and led the sale well and got the desired outcome - which I expect was the most expensive mattress in the shop, but he worked for it. We had planned to visit other stores but didn't. he convinced us we had the right mattress.

Because when we walked in the store there was no pressure from staff Sharon was can I couldn't make up my mind so when I asked if I can take one mattress off one bed they said that the would of course I didn't make them do it always go to dreams in mk so was very happy

I had received very helpful advice from your online chat line the day before visiting the store. When I visited, the in-store representative seemed aware of my earlier contact and was most courteous and anxious to please. My wife and I were offered hot drinks and made to feel comfortable. Were shown a number of bed frames, enabling us to make an informed choice. The whole experience was business-like and enjoyable and wed came away thoroughly satisfied.

We visited wellingborough store and sharon was lovely and helped choose the right mattress for us and made me very comfortable with trying out the beds

Maria the store assistant was very helpful as we need to take away a mattress the same day, as they didn't have one on display she showed us as bed of similar firmness. As this is only a temporary mattress also ordered another one which she suggested. Wasn't pushy and allowed time to lie on the mattress and make up our minds
