Friendly, helpful staff. They give you the time to look around and are available once you have done that.

When my wife and I go shopping we like to browse and if we need help then ask. So many shops pounce on you and never leave you to browse their products. The assistant asked if I was OK and when I said I was only looking at the moment didn't push. Once I did need help she was very helpful and explained in great details the differences of each product and how they will work for both my wife and myself.

I knew exactly what I wanted and the assistant took that on board, found our old order to make sure we were ordering the exact make and colour as we already had. Explained that the stock came from Germany and approximately 8weeks for delivery, so extremely satisfied.

We visited the wellingborough store twice. Just before Christmas to see what mattress I liked and again to purchase it. We spent time on our first visit with Sharon who listened to what I wanted and advised me on which mattresses I might like. She only had to show me two before I made my decision. Upon returning the second time I purchased the mattress I wanted and again Sharon was very helpful and Pleasant. But on the whole, all the staff in the store were polite. (I just don’t know their names to be able to praise them personally in this survey). On the whole I had a very enjoyable visit to dreams and would go back again in the future or recommend to my friends and family.

The staff at Wellingborough branch were very friendly. The lady that served us was very polite, wasn't pushy, and very knowledgeable! We didn't feel bullied into anything that we didn't want. We even got offered a tea or coffee! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service, helpful but not intrusive

We entered the shop and the beds were lined out and clearly priced. It only took us a few seconds to find the one we'd looked up earlier online. We were then greeted by Maria who was very helpful, informative and showed us a couple of other options within our price range. We had a look at them and made our decision and Maria took us across to Amrit to place our order. We sat down and he kindly offered us a drink before getting on with paying. He explained clearly about insurance for the mattress and that we get a mattress protector for free. We got a delivery date for only 5 days later which was perfect for us and everything was all done and sorted very quickly and we were on our way.

The staff at the Wellingborough branch were very friendly and helpful. The lady that served us who’s name is Sharon, was very knowledgeable and she was very patient with my partner and myself! There was no bullying us into buying the items and we were extremely satisfied with the way we we’re treated. Sharon was very professional and a credit to your company! Thank you, we will definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family.
