Dreams - Wellingborough

When I arrived the place was warm and inviting.we Had a walk round trying out different matteress, after a while a lady named Sharon at the wellingborough branch offered her assistance by asking us if we would like to try out the SleepMatch, I have never been on one before so we thought why not, it asks for your name, age, & how you sleep you then lye on the matteress which is less than 5min testing your pressure points while you lye, I was excited to see how well it matched us to our matteress, once it was over we were shown the top range matteress first then two others 😉 of course we went for the top range as the others did not feel as comfortable, we were very happy customers to have ordered the matteress Sharon had also helped us with a bed frame letting us know what colours were available in the bed frame we wanted. Again we were very happy and place an order there an then, Sharon had also offered us water bottles on the way out, lovely experience at Dreams and would diffanatly recommend others to visit. THANK YOU 😀

i visited the store and wandered around looking for a mattress to suit my needs. The salesman was busy with other customers at the time but this was not a problem at all as I was not in any hurry and wanted to make my choice carefully as you spend a great deal of time in bed. Once I had made my choice, the salesman was with me making sure I was happy with the bed I chose. H e then offered me refreshments whilst he took my details and arranged delivery. I found the experience almost a pleasure, he could not have been more helpful short of carrying my order home the same day. I am glad I chose Dreams for my mattress should I need a new bed in the future, Dreams will be my first choice.

Because the member of staff knew all the products and was able to give me lots of advice to assist me making my choice! He was very pleasant and had a very cheery attitude, there was nothing that was too much trouble for him!

Was guided through the process of buying a new mattress very patiently with enthusiasm and understanding.

We had Maurazio serve us and bless him because of my work patterns and shifts 7:30 on Wednesday night was the only night we can do, working in sales and working late my self I know how sometimes seeing someone come in late can be a little disheartening. He did have someone with him already who was placing an order so we left him to do his thing and he came straight over when finished. He still gave us an excellent service, make sure he found out what we needed and why, what our budget was and had a good old chat with us - even had a lovely cup of tea. We knew we were going to buy a mattress there and we’re quite happily guided by his experience and knowledge. Had a great evening picking a new mattress and please do pass our thanks on. He was very friendly and accommodating and glad he helped us
