I’m going through a break-up of a 40yr marriage, and needing to furnish a rental home. The whole experience has resulted in me being very sleep deprived and depressed and I’ve promised myself a luxurious, comfortable new bed to see me into my new phase of life. In the shop I was not an easy customer, wanting lots of information and reassurance about my choice and changing my mind. Maria my assistant in Wellingborough was informative, patient and, most importantly, kind; giving me everything I needed (time, choice and information) to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I left the shop happy with my purchases and grateful to the staff who made my visit a positive experience in a difficult time

After purchasing our last mattress for our own personal use 10 years ago, we were delighted to find that the member of staff we dealt with remembered our original mattress and could point us in the direct of its replacement and suitable alternatives. Sharon was very helpful and attentive and tolerant of me going from one mattress to another and back again! Her product knowledge was excellent.
