Mario came over to us, suggested a suitable bed for us to try, left us to discuss it and as soon as we had made our mind up he processed the order quickly and efficiently, I am always impressed with this store and have shopped here before.

Very helpful assistant, we were offered coffee, and she was very knowledgable. The colour coded charts made it easy to find what we were looking for. It was a nice relaxed experience.

Excellent customer service, refreshments offered. We were given plenty of information about the variety of products and the assistant spent time with us getting an understanding of what we were looking for and our comfort preferences. We placed our order and left the store very happy. When we got home we realised we had not factored in the size of the bed frame into our measurements and the bed we had ordered wouldn’t fit. We called the store and they were very helpful allowing us to change our order to a different base.

Amrit in the Wellingborough store was really good. Got the balance right between professional/knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. This meant on both visits I felt at ease in trying the different mattresses and taking my time about choosing a product. The store is well stocked so there is a good choice, clean and tidy. We chose Dreams for our purchase despite a well trusted dept store brand being the same on price due to service by Amrit, chance to try a range of products and the trial period.

Store was clean and tidy. Due to staff illness gentleman I saw was on his own, at sale time !! (Wellingborough store) However he was unstressed, knew who his next customer was. I observed him serving, and placing orders for, at least two other couples. He apologised to all of us for the time we waited but it was not a problem, we were offered tea/coffee. Very pleasant.

Very pleasant greeting and left to browse in store independently with the offer of help if needed. When approached the sales assistant she was very attentive and made me feel comfortable with a nice sense of humour and pleasant manner. Very knowledgable and could answere all my questions. Offered to add extras with no pressure and was able to give discount in an extra item. While process was made quick, efficient and less daunting than imagined. Thank you
