The sales assistant left us to browse then when we were ready we went to her and she was very helpfull.

Good customer service and knowledge when selecting the required mattress.

We were greeted as we walked in but with no pressure. We were looking to purchase a mattress for our daughter but she wasn’t sure what she wanted. The staff member was very helpful and took his time letting her try out different options.

Colleague Maria was very helpful, available as soon as we entered the store.. Fully explained how the storage under the beds works. Also advised us on the best type of Mattress to buy for us to get a good night sleep and comfort for our bodies.. We ended up making a purchase of a bed frame and mattress..

I didn’t feel pressured by the approach of the assistant on arrival and when assistance was required it was knowledgeable and patient.

We were dealt with in a professional manner with a manager who went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed and time to make up our minds.

Maria was extremely helpful and professional.
