Friendly, helpful staff. More that one person saw to us as they both helped to explain all the various products we were interested in. They never rushed us and gave us as much time as we needed. The Sleepmatch system was helpful and we eventually picked one of the mattresses it recommended. The Sleepmotion system was explained and convinced me that this was the system for us. All charges and cost were fully explained in a simple, straight forward way.

Charlotte was probably the best sales assistant I’ve ever come across,she made the whole experience enjoyable,easy and quick! All in all we had a very good experience,my husband relaxed and I learnt a lot about myself and how best to get a good nights sleep.
