Buying a new bed is not something we do very regularly so visiting dreams was a new experience but the help we recieved was outstanding . Marisa was the first sales person we encountered and she was very knowlageable about all the products this first visit we were just looking into buying a new bed (friday) After visiting other bed sales we returned to dreams and purchased on the Monday, seeing the same person Maria as before because of the extent of her product knowledge and engaging personality.

Maria was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I had had an incident in the car park where a lady and her Mum were very aggressive to me and my family. I told Maria and she went and got me a cup of tea to help me get over the shock. My Mum was buying a bed for my 16 yr old daughter. I was very impressed with how my daughter's frame was assessed by the sleep solutions mattress assessor. Maria then directed my daughter to the mattresses that would best suit her based on the outcome of the results. Maria was very knowledgeable and I felt confidence in her advice. She was discreet when talking to her about budgets. When we sat down and she was placing the order, the other staff were very friendly to us and interacted with us, making us all feel at ease. Everyone is professional, approachable and keen to help.
