The young girl Charlotte was very pleasant and very helpful

we were greeted at the door and immediately taken to the specific area we were interested in (tempur) we were given the opportunity to try all the available mattresses to enable us to choose the one most suitable.

Overall a very friendly and helpful team; we took rather a while making our minds up and the staff members remained patient while we tested and re-tested a number of mattresses! Great knowledge in terms of what we were looking for and attentively helped us scout out a perfect choice :o)

All staff were friendly and accommodating We were warmly welcomed by Mario who ran through the mattress finder and explained the difference between the mattresses identified after the evaluation. He provided us with a variety of options for us to consider including finance and different bed combinations as well as special offers on the day. I didn't feel pressurised to purchase which was refreshing. After reviewing our options over lunch, we returned and welcomed again with coffee while we waited for Mario to finish with other customers. Overall, the whole experience was great and we are excited to receive our new bed! Thank you.
