From the minute I walked through the doors. Mark greeted me and my wife and suggested we try the sleep match. The results were quick and informative. Mark then proceeded to show us available beds suited to our results from the sleep match machine. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. After years of going through a number of mattresses and alot of pain later, myself and wife decided on the tempur mattress. The paperwork side was very quick and easy. All round great experience from start to finish. With no pressure to complete sale. Mark was very professional polite and knowledgeable. Thanks again

The team member helping us was available straight away very friendly to us and our young children. Knowledge was great and helped us out without any pressure sales moves.

We were made to feel welcome and our custom appreciated, the colleague we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained any questions we had fully and comprehensively.

Roxanna was quick to help and establish what I wanted. She gave her advice so I was able to make a completely informed choice… I get the need for retail to “up sell” but I really appreciated Roxanna not pushing this… there was a miscommunication between us where I ended up with the same quality matress for £70 more and when I realised this she was quick to rectify the mistake - it wasn’t her fault!!! My high level of satisfaction is down to her

The team listened. We told them our expectations on a bed and mattress and they certainly went above and beyond. We tried an array of mattresses and WE chose the more than expensive option. The whole experience was excellent and we look forward to receiving our bed. We are hugely grateful for Mario and the teams support.

Great customer service from female staff member who assisted us. Showed us all relevant products and gave us time to discuss our options. Was not too pushy to sell anything to us and allowed us to come to her once ready.
