Highly recommend sharon Lovely lady made buying a bed enjoyable and fun experience

We found the sales assistant, Sharon, at the Wellingborough store extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and she didn't try to rush us at all. We went on to the computerised mattress which decides the type of mattress we needed and were given a choice of several beds that suited our needs. We haven't had it delivered yet as it is on order but we have every confidence that it will be great - as was the whole experience. Thoroughly recommended!

As my friend is 72 yrs and is unwell with cancer so buying a new bed worried him but Charlotte put him at ease immediately and therefore he was very happy with his purchase

we were served by the store manager Amrit, who was extremely helpful and took the time to understand our needs and point us in the right direction, without pressuring us into anything, he was upfront about all elements of our purchase
