From us walking into our Wellingborough Charlotte was very attentive very engaged with myself and my husband Her customer service was second to none she was very polite nothing was too much trouble This should be Recognised at store level Brill Charlotte well done Thank you mr and Mrs infield

Customer service from Sharon was beyond exceptional. She was extremely helpful and explained everything from using the machine to determine the right mattress for my wife and I, right through to finding the perfect mattress and completing the sale. Couldn’t have asked for anymore during our visit and was even offered a hot drink and If we wanted to stay until the heavy rain had stopped so we didn’t get soaked heading back to car.
