Charlotte was so helpful and was absolutely amazing. She was really understanding, supportive and so knowledgeable about the products. Her patience has no end! She encouraged me to try the machine to get an exact mattress type- so impressed. She even managed to sell me a pillow which happens to be the best pillow I have ever had in my life! At times, we can be too quick to complain however, Charlotte really does deserve recognition. She was so professional and I bought the bed because her confidence filled me with confidence. Charlotte really is a credit to your Company. A future manager in the making for Dream! Thank you Charlotte!

I went in for a look and get a couple of ideas but did place an order whilst in the shop. The assistants were very helpful and did not rush my decision at all. Coffee and tea were offered and much appreciated while making my choice. I was encourage to try as many beds as necessary before I got what I wanted. Can't wait until my new bed arrives on 2nd Sept
