Charlotte whodealt with us was extremely knowledgeable about the products and fitted them exactly to our needs. She did not try to over sell, she listened and was helpful, putting us at ease.

Upon entering the store, a male colleague with dark hair and glasses shouted at me and my partner for sitting on the sleep analysis bed (we didn’t realise that’s what it was) which was incredibly disconcerting. Charlotte was really quick to come over and apologise for the behaviour of her colleague and the proceeded to provide some of the most friendly and knowledgable service I’ve ever experienced. She was funny and knew the products inside out, being able to recommend the best product for my needs.

The assistant that served us was honest polite and had a good knowledge of the products, We were not pressured at all on our visit and got everything we required including a cup of coffee.

Excellent service from Mario guided us through and we chose the mattress that suited the both of us. Couldnt have asked for better help in buying the correct one. Will be using Dreams again as we did before.

There was a lot of variety in store. The sales man was very knowledgeable and took time to discuss and explain everything to us.
