We were served by Charlotte, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a bed in the future. The other member of staff even made us both a cup of tea while we filled in all the paperwork.

As we have found on previous visits to this store the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Although the item we were looking for was not available in store the offer to order it and have it delivered was offered immediately.
