We found the assistance really satisfactory the knowledge, help and friendly staff, we were more than happy with, we were made to feel that our needs were their top priority, and very patient not pushy at all, and even when we amended our order, customer service was exceptional and quick, we shopped at Dream before this time, and will definitely shop there again.👍

Was given enough time to browse without being pounced on. Was shown the mattress finder and we used this to select our chosen mattress. The lady who served us was very knowledgeable, polite and brought us over a hot drink. She gave us time to think and explained everything in full. Didn't feel pressured into buying.

I came into the store looking for a 4ft bed and was shown a couple. When asking for a metal frame the assistant then showed me the online products from which I chose a frame. Choosing the mattress as well was easy

Every thing was perfect can't fault any thing . Given time to explain our needs with no pressure from staff who were extremely helpful. This is the second time we have been to this dreams store and the staff are brilliant.
