We were served by Wakas, the Branch manager and he was helpful, supportive and knowledgeable at all times, we did not feel pressured and were given time and space to reflect and arrive at our decision

The customer assistant was very helpful, but not pushy which would have put us off. He knew the products and was happy discuss our requirements

It was a good all round experience, Maurizio knew the products well and explained them in a way that we could understand.

When we entered the shop we were greeted and asked if assistance was needed. Your store colleague - Wakas - was friendly and politely asked a few questions about what we were looking for. He was then able to assist us fully and we were very happy with his knowledge of the products - and were under no obligation or pressure to look - try - and experience the mattress we liked. We would be very happy to recommend this store to our friends
