Staff were very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly.

All staff within the store were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable and they helped us with all our requirements and needs!

I dealt with Mario and another man who I didn’t catch his name, both very friendly and I even got a cupa tea made for me. Both a credit to your store.

Overall a great experience with friendly staff

Very friendly calming atmosphere and although other customers were in the store there was no pressure to complete the sale and ordering process having the same knowledgeable friendly person throughout our visit.

Mainly it was the young man who helped us. He was on loan from the Wellingborough branch at the time.
