The initial visit staff were extremely helpful and gave us space to look but we're also there when we needed help/advice. Changed mind after looking at reviews on the mattress we ordered so returned the next day to see if we could change the mattress. Staff very accommodating and helpful.

Mario was very friendly, and informative. Being tested for what mattress was really useful as we would have brought the wrong sort!
