There was no long social distance line for the store. Hand sanitiser was provided at front of store. Darcie came over straight away in order to help. She was very friendly and helpful and made sure to ask questions to understand what mattress we needed. She then listened to our answers meaning she was able to easily find our best suited product in our budget within seconds. The sleep test was also a great help in avoiding having to try every mattress in store to find our suited mattress making our visit efficient. When placing the order estimated delivery was only a few days which I was not expecting due to the pandemic however I was really impressed. Had a very pleasant experience in store mainly thanks to Darcie and will be sure to go back next time I need a mattress or bed and I would definitely recommend to others!
