Roxanna was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. She really took the time to understand our needs was patient whilst we tested the beds and answered all the questions we had. We couldnt rate her highly enough. Mark serviced us at the till when we returned after having measured for a bigger bed (which we hadnt intended to buy! We just needed a mattress but left with a bigger bed and mattress) he was also most helpful and very pleasant to deal with. First time we have ever been in store to trial beds and we are unlikely to buy online ever again. Thank you both for all your help and 5* customer service.

The adviser Roxana explained all of the process and then spent a good deal of time with me. She Allowed me to try several different firm mattresses but also suggested trying a medium ones too if I felt they were too hard. She did not push me into purchasing anything (which I was pleased about) and checked at every stage how I felt about each mattress. She also gave information about different pillows. She was personable, knowledgeable, friendly and a credit to your company.
