I do not give the highly satisfied grade easily. I was very happy with my experience of purchasing and the expertise of the staff member who helped us in store. The selection of beds we were shown were not all together so we moved around a bit to a number of different matresses so when trying to compare the differences it was not as easy to recall which one was which, (regarding comfort and prices)

Our sales advisor was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable And took considerable time and to explain and advise us. Our questions were answered properly and she made us feel valued as customers.
