One word; Roxana I suck at making decisions and I hate shopping in person - I didn't know what mattress rating I needed so I knew I had to go somewhere in person and I've been putting it off but I really needed to sort out bed ASAP. After being left to mooch about for a bit Roxana asked if she could help; she transpired to friendly, extremely helpful, not pushy at all and her product knowledge was incredible - truly never had this with other sales people. I was fussy when trying to pick a mattress and after trying out 10 different ones I settled on the 2nd one I tried; if I was her I would've punched me in the face but she was then as helpful with picking a frame as she was with the mattresses. All in all Roxana made a daunting task actually quite fun and now I'll actually have a bed to sleep on instead of an air bed, like I thought I was going to end up one, as I knew I'd take too long to pick one before my move in date.
