The shop assistant Sharon knew exactly what I wanted and was most patient while I decided which mattress to purchase. Unfortunately she could not give me a lead time on that day but when I called the store the next day another one of your assistants was extremely helpful, looked into the status and offered me a delivery date of 6 days later. Perfect
