Excellent service especially in these uncertain times. My husband was very nervous about shopping for a new mattress but your employee Mark at the Wellingborough store eased his anxiety and made him feel comfortable and safe. He made buying a mattress very easy with his knowledge and expertise.

Roxana our assistant was very courteous and professional and her product knowledge made choosing our bed and mattress very easy. She explained our purchase and guarantees to us in a manner which was easy for us to understand. She is a credit to your company.

Straight away given the option for the 3 minute match even though my partner wasn’t with me. Really helped to establish exactly what mattress I should opt for to suit all my needs. Mark wasn’t pushy or forceful at all with his sales techniques which I liked as I hate feeling like I’m being forced into making a decision. Didn’t make the process feel rushed either.

Clean store with everything set out in a nice way so that social distancing wasn't a problem couch roll available so you could lay on beds to try them, the staff were bubbly polite and friendly, there when we needed them but didn't try to push too hard for the sale, they let us go around ha e a look and try things out and were there on hand when we had any questions
