Mark was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the mattress and helped us find the right one to suit us regardless of how long it took or my indecisiveness. Mark took the time to listen to the issues I currently have with my mattress to ensure we found a good fit for both myself and my partner. Even ended up buying some tempura pillows which I hadn't planned to get because he listened to my sleep problems and yet again helped me without any pushy sales technique. Just gave suggestions and what I felt was honest feedback on the products.
