From entering the store to the completion of the sale the salesman made me feel totally welcome and relaxed. He had a really good knowledge of all the beds and mattresses and took his time to explain in detail which would suit my needs the best. The showroom was bright and airy and well laid out.

We were served by Roxana-Mihaela who introduced us to the machine that supported our choices, although we didn't expect to walk in and purchase the mattress (2 pillows and a cover) that day, we did. Due to the professionalism, friendliness and supporting (not pushy) sales support we received. Thanks and look forward to receiving our new Mattress very soon. Highly recommended store.

The guy was amazing and clearly knew his stuff. He guided us through mattresses so much so that we happily spent a bloody fortune on it. Lol. It was the same about the bed we bought. The only disappointment was that we can’t get our new bed and mattress until June!
