I would like hold my opinions until your fitters deliver our bed, but your staff couldn't do enough for my wife and myself.

The service was excellent but when spending over a £1000 you shouldn’t have to wait a month for it.

The delivery time, not the date, was nebulous

I was told that delivery was between 7am and 6pm. I asked if nearer the time we are given a more specific time slot and was told 'no it's anytime'. Therefore as I could not ask someone to wait in all day for a delivery at my house I paid extra to get a delivery on Saturday so I could be there. I now know from an email that the day before I will be given a 2 hour delivery slot. I am extremely annoyed as I could have not paid extra and got a week day delivery and arranged for someone to be at my house just for those 2 hours. I feel robbed of the extra money I have had to pay out for a Saturday delivery when I didn't need to, extremely angry.

The Manager @ the Wellingborough store was exceptional I cannot fault him what so ever. However the delivery guys marked my stairs wall when removing my old divan down the stairs and did not tell me or even apologise they also refuse to put my divan together even though I was told in store that it would be. I rang the Wellingborough store the Manager spoke to delivery guys they explained that there was a charge for it and it was not on my confirmation order. This is the BRILLIANT BIT the Manager could not apologise enough and sent one of his store assistant to my home and he assembled my bed NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE so therefore I would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family however they must keep an eye on the delivery men. I shall take pics and will be sending them to Dreams customer service for compensation

I recently bought a new bed and mattress on the 23rd January 2020 from the dreams store in wellingborough. But unfortunately i made a mistake with the size of the bed. So has dreams wouldnt take the bed back .i have had to sell the bed. So i have returned back to dreams wellingborough to purchase a new bed which i will be taking delivery on 14th march 2020. What has disappointed me the most is all the advertisment on TV and displayed in shop window about the discounts and great savings on new beds. When i come to buy another new . But i get told sorry no discounts on those beds. No disrespect to the lady in the shop.she is only doing her job. She said theres nothing she could do about the price. she knocked the delivery charge off just to keep me quiet. Quite dissappointed spending over £3000 just feel deflated by your advertisment on discount. Look forward to your reply

I WAS ASKED FOR MY EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MY INVOICE TO BE SENT.I WAS ASSURED THAT BY GIVING THIS I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY MARKETING EMAILS. I HAVE SINCE RECEIVED EMAILS FROM THIRD PARTIES TRYING TO SELL ME BEDS & ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS.

bought a doze supreme mattress which was reduced due to zip fault and was told by salesperson it was memory foam and pocket spring mattress. When looked on website it appears to be just memory foam. Mattress is extremely hard with no give and causes pain to hips when sleeping on side and is causing severely disrupted sleep due to the uncomfortable pain it is causing. Will be looking to buy another mattress when I have the money

The 2 ladies in the shop displayed the worst customer service I have received in many years. There tone was.... snobby. The skill set of the lady who served me and my wife was poor and she kept making excuses and re-affirming that it was not her fault.... well it wasn't mine! I was kept waiting for an hour trying to complete the finance paperwork which in the end I had to go back and collect later. No offer of a drink or anything to make the shopping experience more positive. Considering I have just spent £800 I would have expected a lot better treatment. It got to the point that myself and my wife thought your staff were going to come to blows as the continued to NOT help each other out to improve our experience. It became comical which I'm sure is not what you want from your employees.
