very disappointed with the amount I had to pay for delivery -Argos deliver anywhere in the country for £8.95,perhaps you could take time to look into this charge, (they also put the item in the required room) this would make me think twice before using dreams again.

We felt that, although extremely helpful, the sales person was a bit pushy and we were not shown any of the cheaper mattresses that we had seen on the website.

Basic retail store shopping is not something I enjoy. I am a difficult person to please.

Other retailers offer the same product at a competitive price. They do not charge delivery fees. Dreams do charge delivery which makes it uncompetitive. An option to have the bed delivered to store at no charge would encourage shoppers

No problem with the store, just the condition of the product upon delivery, it was dirty and rejected.

The only problem I have at Dreams that they do not tell you once you sign an aggreement .is no turning back as they do not do cancelation and you only get the aggreement after signing to read . There should be explain these details to costomer first

I had to walk round a big empty store on my own for a good few minutes until I was approached, the girls were really lovely, but when it comes to mattresses they all look the same, with something like this I would have liked to have approached a lot quicker! just me personally as mattress shopping is very boring...
