Because there were no wide range of the type of bed I wanted compared to another shop I have been. However they bed was similar to the one i initially wanted and I can say I was satisfied.

Overall I was satisfied with my experience at Dreams however I purchase some pillows and was advised that they are in discount price. I wasn't advised that discount apply only if you purchase 4 pillows. I also paid for delivery but I wasn't advised that I have option for free delivery. After purchasing mattress I was looking for the same item on-line just to double check product description and unfortunately I could't find my choice as Dreams products do not have Product Numbers. When I typed name of the mattress I found lots of different types what make my search more difficult.

I am aware that more competitively priced items can be found on line. Shopping on line, however, does not allow the experience of trying the items prior to purchase. this is especially important when buying a mattress. Hence i was satisfied with my experience with Dreams, albeit at a much higher cost to myself than buying on line.

We were more than satisfied with the service we received but the store felt a bit run down,looked like it could do with a good make over.

The guy who served us was helpful without being pushy at all . . . a pleasure to deal with. Items that would help towards achieving a 'Highly Satisfied" experience would be: - Increased range of 'associated' items (side / dressing tables) - Difficult getting around some of the items with pushchair (possible . . . just difficult) - If you could have helped also source a day bed (I need a 180cm wide offering)
