The beds that we did like didnt come in the size required. During the processI of fiance we was given £5000 but as soon as we choose to add a bed for the children they then decided that we could not have the £5000 even though I did ask if they was sure. I understand stand that it is not dreams that provides it but it was a bit disappointing when it then come back saying we couldn't have the two beds. We also wasn't informed that there would be a delivery charge as well so it was a bit of shock to see that on top off the rest of the price.

There was only one staff member available and she was dealing with a fairly demanding couple whose children were also running riot around the store. It was therefore difficult to view items because of the children, and then to get attention when we were ready to order.

Can't put highly satisfied with all questions. We did not visit any other store so have no price comparison for value. have not received befd and mattress yet, do don't know if we've received the right advise. All seems good so far.

As with all things there is always room for improvement, if you reach that pinnacle then it's a downward slope, keep striving forward is the best attitude to take.
