when asking questions on the order and delivery details the saleswoman did not indicate that some items were chargeable, specifically requesting a 1/2 day delivery slot. the price of the additional insurance was only given when I asked.

Didn't really have the exact product we were looking for, although the shop assistant was very helpful and as a result of her input we changed our item from ottoman ( and possibly not a purchase) to a sliding door divan and a purchase!

Only because (AND IT WASNT THE ASSISTANT'S FAULT) I couldn't rate the assistant higher though would have liked to, as they thought I was with another couple, so didn't offer help, though actually I wanted to be left alone anyway. They were open and up front about delivery time which was good. The time before when I went in, the assistant wouldn't go away and it put me off. So this time it actually suited me.

we were given to understand that we should turn over our new mattress regularly, however this is not easy as there are no handles on it. I HAVE NEVER in all my years owned a mattress with no handles even your photo's show handles. So please advise why we haven't got any. We was shopping for a mattress. If we had to rely on signage alone I would have given up and gone elsewhere. However a very helpful and friendly assistant showed us round and was able to identify the type of mattres we were looking for and explain the all the options. We were very pleased to be offered free delivery and a variety of payment options. We cannot commnet on the quality of the product as we have not yet taken delivery.

Thought the takeaway mattress service very expensive especially considering how much your mattresses are. Should be half the price or part of the service...not just a money spinner.

Overall the entire experience was fantastic, but unfortunately we required a mattress preferably immediately due to moving into a new property. The store had demo mattress of the kind we wanted, but we were told we must wait until the 30th of December (12 days) While this is not a huge issue, and we understand the times it did however bring down the experience slightly.

Everything was fine but I wasn't expecting to pay as much as I did. I was given a wide choice of mattresses but no choices of actual divan was given. I did ask for a 4 drawer divan and I assume you have more than 1 choice in a 4 drawer ? Amanda was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very good with my little boy and he was being a challenge that day. All in all I was happy with my shopping experience
